The Mermaid Wife
Music by Ollie Lambert

8-parts - SSAATTBB
Beneath the serene hills of the Shetland Islands, mermaids dwell in underwater palaces made of coral and pearl. One moonlit night, as they danced on the shore, a Shetlander stumbled upon them and stole a mermaid’s seal skin, trapping her in the human world. Desperate, she was forced to marry him, living a cold and distant life while secretly longing for the sea. Years passed, and when her child unknowingly found the hidden skin, she reclaimed her true form, leaving her family behind to reunite with her first love beneath the waves.
